.jpg) | Corbin grew up on a dairy farm in Northwest Ohio. He began his lawn care career by mowing lawns in high school and opened his first business soon after graduating. In 2003, Corbin and his wife Audrey joined the Weed Man family and purchased their initial franchise in Northwest Ohio. Taking a leap of faith they expanded their operations into the Columbus market in 2006 and in 2018 again expanded into the Dayton market. Corbin & Audrey are blessed with 5 children and now 2 grandchildren. It has been a true joy for Corbin & Audrey to watch their family and business grow together over the years.
Corbin & Audrey are involved on their church leadership team and the Board of Directors for the New Path Pregnancy Center. When away from the office, Corbin and Audrey stay active with their kids and grandkids participating in CrossFit, Cycling and watching their kids participate in school and church events. Corbin also finds a little extra time during the winter to officiate High School Basketball games throughout the local area. |
 | Dave has been with the Weed Man family since 2015. During this time, he has worn many hats including Route Technician, Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Assistant Operations Manager. In his current role as Technical Manager, Dave is directly responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Technical Department. Previously, he has worked primarily in the landscaping and automotive industries. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his children, working on home projects, and caring for his lawn and landscape. |
 | Rob moved from Colorado to Ohio in 2018 and started right up at Weed Man as a lawn technician that same year. He currently works as a Service Manager overseeing a team of technicians. Rob has a great background in both retail and customer service work, which helps him think quickly on his feet. He has many hobbies; his favorites include collecting comic books and coaching his son’s baseball teams. When Rob is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and kids. |
 | Jake has been with Weed Man for 6 years, most of which he has been a technician, but has recently been promoted into a Service Manager position. He will be our Service Manager over at our new Dayton branch of our office. He graduated from Utica high school and attended college at Full Sail University. Jake spends his free time with his friends in their band Earth to Eden. He enjoys collecting retro video games and enjoys creating his own indie video games. We are excited to watch Jake move into his Service Manager position and continue to move forward with the company! |
 | Rick is a long time member of the Weed Man company! He began his journey with Weed Man back in 2019 as a Service Manager, and has been in the lawn care industry for 36 years! He currently oversees our Customer Service Inspections and Customer Experience Enhancement.. Rick utilizes his extensive knowledge to diagnose issues and concerns, and perform pro-active site visits. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, service in his church, and make and print t-shirts. |
 | Ryan started here with Weed Man in 2018. He has had his hand in a couple of different jobs with us. He started his time with us as a walking route technician and also excelled as a Z-Spray technician. He has also worked with us as an aeration technician. Currently Ryan is a manager with us for large equipment services and will have a team of technicians under his watch this upcoming season. Ryan's previous job experience as a food service manager has helped him gain the knowledge needed to manage small teams of employees. When Ryan is not in office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and relaxing at home playing video games. |
CORY | SERVICE MANAGER
 | Cory started here at Weed Man at the beginning of 2023. He graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Cory has moved into the position with us as a Service Manager! He has previous experience as a manager in the fitness industry. In doing this, he has learned how to communicate with customers efficiently and the importance of having a servant's heart. Outside of the office, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He loves working on his own lawn and landscape, as well as playing golf. We are excited for Cory's continued efforts here, and for him to bring his fresh outlook to Weed Man! |
.jpg) | S avannah began as a customer service representative with Weed Man in 2016. Before finding her place at Weed Man, Savannah graduated from Marysville High School in 2015 and previously worked as an STNA for a nursing home. Savannah’s caring nature comes through over the phone as she develops lasting relationships with our customers, finding solutions to any problem thrown her way. When Savannah is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and cat, Winston. |
 | After graduating from Fairbanks High School in 2015, Hannah joined our team here at Weed Man in January 2018! Hannah’s previous experience with customer service is a great benefit to our team. She has learned how to communicate with customers in a quick, efficient way and loves helping out wherever she is needed. Hannah is a CSR and specializes in handling our collections work and social media. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband. |
.png) | Jessica joined the Weed Man team in 2018. She has experienced many different school systems but graduated from Licking Heights. Jessica is a CSR and specializes in handling customer emails and overseeing our grouped accounts. Her previous job experience includes various customer service roles and working closely with the public as a library aide. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, her cat Charlie, and gardening. Jessica has a huge love for books. She has more than she can read but continues to add more to her stack! |
 | Allison started with Weed Man in January of 2022. Allison graduated from Jonathan Alder High school in 2020. Her current role with us is customer service representative. Allison’s previous experience working at an assisted living facility has helped grow her ability to communicate with customers and help provide answers and resolutions that work for everyone. Allison is now the “fun aunt” to two beautiful nieces and is enjoying every minute! In her free time, she enjoys long walks, spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. |
 | Hailey started with Weed Man in late 2022 and is a valuable part of the team. She has previous experience as a firefighter and enjoyed that. She transitioned over to Weed Man for a bit of a change! She graduated from Tippecanoe High School and Miami Valley Career Tech Center in 2021. Outside of work, Hailey loves to read, watch movies, hang out with family, and play volleyball. She is the oldest of seven siblings and has five dogs! Hailey loves the ocean, and hammerhead sharks are her favorite animal. We are so excited to have her join our admin team and can’t wait to watch her continue to grow with Weed Man. |
.png) | Victoria joined our team in 2023 and is really settling into her admin position! She graduated from Jonathan Alder High School in 2020. She has previous customer service experience that she feels has really helped expand her horizons and better her communication skills. When Victoria is not at work, she enjoys reading, and watching movies with her two younger sisters. She has 6 animals at home, 4 cats and 2 dogs!

 | Eric joined the Weed Man team as a senior at Hilliard Darby High School back in early 2010 as a lead generator. When he left for school at the University of Cincinnati, Eric joined up with the Weed Man franchise in Cincinnati. While in Cincinnati, he spent time in sales, production, customer service, quality control, and as the assistant sales manager. Eric returned home and became our sales manager. While not at work, you can either find Eric watching sports with friends and family or playing with his dog Frankie |
 | Tristan is our newest addition to our management team! He started out here as a sales representative in September and has been moved into our Field Sales Manager position. Tristan has a lot of prior experience in lawn care as he started at TruGreen and was with them for about 6 years. His most recent position was in Solar sales and he enjoyed that. He is getting back to his roots in lawn care, and is excited to take on this new challenge! When Tristan is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his two kids and his wife. |
 | Logan began his Weed Man journey in 2015 as an Outside Sales Representative, then moved over to our technician department where he treated lawns for a few years. Finally, Logan has now moved over to our sales department and is now our Assistant Sales Manager. In his free time, Logan loves to play pool, hike, and watch the Browns. A fun fact about Logan is that he sings in a professional choir and recently had the privilege of singing at Carnegie Hall. |
Our team of technicians are comprised of seasoned and experienced senior techs as well as our excellent route technicians and assistants. These guys represent the face of our company as they meet with our customers on the lawn and work to provide our amazing customer service each and every day and in all elements of weather.
